I have 3 rep stars out of the 5, and it just bugs me that I dont have the other 2 I don't know why, it just looks annoying, how could I possibly get those other 2?

Is your account new or something? Usually it will go up if you keep on playing random games in matchmaking. You could ask a few buddies on your friends list to prefer you and it should rise to four stars then five pretty quickly. Since I know you have a USB device you could try to use [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] to edit your Reputation and it should make your stars go to 5, although I think that's pretty silly and having your friends prefer you is a lot faster. (:
