I have a legendary and an exotic piece of armor, and i cant upgrade them without ascendant shards. If you can help Msg- DarkKilla360 on xb1 or comment

If you dismantle a legendary piece of armor you'll get 3 or 4 shards. Other than that it's a completely random reward.

You get them by completing raids, dismantling legendary/exotic armor, or in chests.

I'm guessing you dismantled a piece of the Queens Wrath armour?
They patched it so you don't get Shards and only get glimmer

Any other legendary/exotic item works but not the Queens stuff

are you sure? i've dismantled other legendary armour that isn't queens wrath an don't get them :/ so annoying as i need about 60+ to max out lool
