Psita wrote i have a 1999 mitsubishi eclipse gst,

swapped in evo x motor and drivetrain (AWD)
25 psi garret turbo
upgraded radiator
blow off valve
full zzp exauhst
mishimoto intercooler

i need some pics on my pc >.<

Please take some pics of this because i don't believe it one bit. Thats would be at least 40 grand into just the evo x engine and drivetrain swap. I am not sure if you know what your talking about at all. Unless these are mods you want then your full of it.

Only an idiot would waste that much money on a eclipse as well.

To each his own.
I would without hesitation buy a broken down Audi for a grand, and replace all of the parts which would be expensive.

I have a friend who loves Civic's, and bought his for 1,500, and in a matter of months, has done a few different engine swaps, etc.

I have another friend who has put 20k into a MK3 jetta.

It's all about preference, when you are an enthusiast of cars, you have a favorite car that you would do anything to achieve and make it look how you want. That's why at so many German Shows you see MK2 Jetta's, because everyone likes them for some reason.

OT:
I actually don't have a car anymore lol.

My next car though the first thing I'm doing as far as non-necessary mods are:
-Sound system
-Paint and Window tint (not really a mod)
-Depending on the car and engine, engine swap
-Coils or Bags

I have a 2006 Ford Explorer

looks like this (not my photo)

only thing i have is an aftermarket stereo
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

But i do plan on getting some tweeters (polk), door speakers (pioneer or Alpine), an extra 6x9 speaker with an enclosure somewhere in the back, an amp (1200 watts/Rockford Fosgate), and 2 12" alpine subwoofers. Also if i wanted i would connect my door speakers to another amp but thats kind of a pain in the ass.
