Hi there

I tried to create a Bancore account recently and I got up to the part where it asks me to put my mobile number in. I put it in and get the phonecall. However, when it phones me I enter my PIN, it should read my PIN at the end of the call. But it doesn't. PIN also doesn't work when I try to login

I'm paranoid now that I'm incurring charges or such. Please help someone.

They call you use suppose wait until the operator will say say a pin number you want something but make sure to say it clear so the operator understands you and when the phone hang up then you go put in your pin number

Thanks, But I decided I did not want to proceed with the account creation. Am I still going to incur charges?

Thanks

No you shouldn't. if you haven't created the account or "Confirmed/verified" it yet, then no, no charges should be deducted from you.

Thanks, I would give u rep if I could. It just scares me when I looked at the "fees"
section:

Monthly Card Management Fee - $0.49

Dormant account fee - charged after 6 months of inactivity - $5.49

I'm just scared that I'm going to incur these fees even though I did not confirm my PIN code over the phone.

Thanks again to whoever replies

What I'm trying to say is, if I haven't activated the card. I will incur any fees or anything?
