BTW the console is a jasper but I think the only way you can tell what chip it is would be to open the console up.

Glitch is RGH. Your console is an RGH2, I can understand how that part can be a little confusing. It would simply say Jtag if it was a Jtag right there. It looks like a small block Jasper console, pretty sure big blocks would be Jasper512 or Jasper256 right there.

You don't need to use or experience a JTAG/RGH to know the differences in the hacks. You should know this sort of stuff before you even considering purchasing.

There's also a bit of common sense involved - if it says 'Glitch 2', what else could it possibly be referring to?
