Just turned 18 will be getting a car soon and cant decide what I want to get.
I love hot hatches and small 4 doors sedans but roomy enough for someone over 6 foot
Has to have some power and be automatic I know this is limiting my choices but I live in Vegas and drive almost daily in traffic.
budget is around 22,000/less then 300 a month willing to push it a little higher if its worth it

I have thought of a few suggestions
Golf gti 4 door
lancer ralliart

Civic hatches are a good choice. Fun cars can mess around with em and if you treat them right a D Series or B Series will last at least 500,00KM's (Do the math for miles) I have a civic Coupe for my first car and it was a blast until my 3rd gear blew lol

Ford focus ST. It is roomy, fast and is very fun to drive. I dont know if they sell an automatic version, but I dont get why everyone is so obsessed with the traffic aspect of driving manual. A true and competent driver knows that after a few minutes driving manual you don't even notice you're shifting because it becomes second nature, a literal knee-jerk reaction.
Other good options are the Veloster Turbo, FR-S, Accord, Camaro. It really depends on what you need/want.
