Yes **** 63 NOK for 12 000 fifa points - and anyway who care if you got you're xbox 360 or EA account get banned for all the real life money you're making when selling the coins , who is still playing the 360 l (sorry if anybody still does lol) if you get your console banned just go and buy a xbox 1 or ps4 for the money you make selling the coins.

Its clearly a bug. The Price on x1 for 12 000 fifa points is 719 NOK with ea access.
Maybe EAs fault but still.
So many ppl i know buying them cheap fifa points on 360, but the price is not right and you're exploiting a glitch or fault in the system you deserve a ban from EA perspective

So for me to do this I'd need to make a Norwegian account on xbox 360 and then buy a Norwegian season ticket?
