The scuf came rather quickly (4 days ) Its everything and more but the grip piece was uneven leaving the controller handle slightly open which caused another problem of the cheap foam under the trigger to come off and make the trigger stops useless.. and also most of the buttons stick for a second when pressed No reply from customer service for two days.. Any advice? I thought scuf was very reputable?

Did you get it second handed by chance?
This doesn't compare to mine at all. I was extremely impressed with the quality of mine. But, I did buy it two years ago.

It came from the facility in Georgia, custom made not second hand and its amazing and I love it but if I pay $216 for a controller I kinda expect it to be pristine.

I suggest giving them a call and sharing your concerns, I'd assume they would be happy to assist you.
They'd probably email you a shipping return label, have you return it, then send you a new one.

Chrome blue xbox one, emr, trigger stops, green led basically the works so it was pretty expensive.

I hope, all the yelp comments say the whole customer service is crap but Im gunna give em a call tomorrow and hope that happens.

Scuf products are the best in the business (for what they do)

But they lack in customer support because they spend most of their time helping the Pros. The people that build their brand.

When I had my Scuf, I had to get a replacement hat and it took a couple days to hear back from them.

Just be patient.

I agree 100%, I guess im just kinda disappointed that it came in not made correctly and now I gotta wait longer to send it back... As long as it gets fixed or replaced ill be alright.
