If you change your locale to India and buy things off the marketplace with rupees, it's supposed to be cheaper than US Dollar ($) and British Sterling (). You do need an Indian address which you can find on google and search on however much to the game/item is from rupees into your local currency before buying to see if it is actually cheaper. Be careful with this, it does work but no one knows the consequences yet, if any.
