None, they're both prebuilts. First one has a i3 and a Radeon R7 which I assume is a 260.

Second one has an okay processor but a r7 250 which is just..

Because you mentioned Cyber Power I assume your budget is GBP, so something like -

It's not an unlocked processor because I assume you don't want to overclock, processor is vastly better than the ones in those two builds, graphics card is one of the higher end GPUs out there now AND it has an SSD.

You're better off building your own. The PC I linked is a great system for 600 pounds, I don't see a flaw with it.

Minecraft dont use more than 2 cores. Having extra is pointless. Plus, the Pentium is a cracking CPU.

A little over, If you want to stick to the 600 GPB budget, let me know and I can alter it a little.

He just did. For slightly over your lower end budget of £500, you can get this;

The best thing to do is build your own custom computer.

The reason for this is that, It's cheaper and at least you know what is going into it.

As said above, build your own. The ones you mentioned are pathetic and you would be severely laughed at for purchasing such a disgrace of a PC.

Here's my input:

Proper bangin' build. Overclockable n' ting. All you'll ever need.

Gigglehertz' build is pretty good, but no SSD. For MC, either what I suggested, or what Xiggy Azalea suggested will be fine. Personally, I would go with Gigglehertz' build, but take what we've suggested and think about what you really need in your PC.
