Get your original NAND and rebuild your RGH Image then reflash it in via XeLL.

Get your recent working updflash.bin
unplug anything else like an external drive if there is one then put the updflash.bin in a USB plug the USB to your RGH and boot up by using the eject button.
then just let it continue flashing that updflash.
After you're done, make sure if you wanna flash the new KV that it's your console type PHAT/SLIM.
That might be the problem why you couldn't boot up.
Hope this helps.
