This cave has not been a "secret" for a long while now and it leads you straight to a loot box that can be obtained normally just by going through the Labyrinth.

You guys also missed the "Narnia" chest as my friends call it. It's just another troll chest that isn't always there but you can only get it on your way down that shaft. Go check out a video to find it.
