Well......

You can download a free private/public server from ultrapowa.com

This allows you to host your own server with unlimited resources/gems.

However this does not save to your Legit game that you are playing on now.

It will never be possible to hack clash of clans so it saves onto supercells servers

but the ultrapowa server lets you create whatever base you want eg upgrade walls to lvl 11.

there are a few YT tutorials on the ultrapowa server!
