EDIT: Solved!
Solution: Opened DashLaunch and changed XHTTP to False! Fixed!
Also, if you know of any working Tools/Menus that support Money/Ranks please let me know, thanks!
I transferred GTA V onto my HDD earlier today so I could begin modding.
Everything was going smooth, I booted the game and all.
I got an update as soon as I launched the game, which I then accepted.
After the update, everything was fine until I tried creating an online session.
[NOTE: At this point I did not have any mods or tools loaded. Just the game.]
As I tried creating an Online Session, I got the error:
"ALERT: Files required to play GTA Online could not be downloaded from the Rockstar Games Service. Please return to Grand Theft Auto V and try again later."
I tried downloading all of the DLC's and restarting the game, but still got the error.
If you can help, I would HIGHLY appreciate it!
Thanks for your time,
-Danny

Did you install disk 2? That could be the problem.

SupermanLobbys wroteDisk 2 is on my flash drive, all the other parts are on my hard drive. Should they all be in the same directory, or does that not make a difference?Did you install disk 2? That could be the problem.

You also need to make sure xhttp is off in your launch.ini

don't go onto xbox live just yet when installing..
1. put in disc 1 and open up in the file manager provided by xexmenu or FSD.
2. look for the content folder, move the contents in the content folder into the content folder on your hard drive.
3. wait.
4. put in disc 2 and use the DVD extract provided by FSD and extract to whichever folder you store your games in.
5. launch disc 2 (should be only disc present on FSD) and see if it works.
if it doesn't work download the right TU and DLC.
if that doesn't work, no clue
hope it helps
