I found what I was looking for, the all anyway.. It was called installous, but I can't find out how to get it on my phone.. I read there were alternatives for that, how do I do it?

Installous is no longer good, Appcake works the same as Installous, And i prefer Appcake, Just be sure to use appsync

Theirs updates its pretty much the same thing just a different name and Icon badge but it does exactly the same thing e.g give you free apps from app store and purchase features for games that cost money but just by clicking back it works.

Installous is now a thing of the past

The current iOS equivalent is 'vShare' (you will probably need to install Appsync iOS 7 for this to work fully). It's database includes a lot of paid apps and has support for updates (when the updates become available anyway)
