Fluorescent wrote How about just free?

Be a nice bloke and do them a favour, considering the only thing you gotta do is plug a cord into your computer the other end into their phone, push a button?
Or even just tell them what to google? instead of charging people like $10 for something that is free and takes 5 minutes to do..

That's what I would do anyways.
me too thats what i do (20 character)

I personally do the same thing at my school as people are dumb. I charge them $20 a device, but with that being said I help them to understand how to do everything, installing tweaks that they want, and most importantly...jailbreaking the device. Charge as much as people are willing to pay for the service.

First of all, I realize that it's easy to jailbreak your device yourself. Anyways so lots of people at my school want me to jailbreak there devices but since many people want me to do it, I figured I should charge them. (They aren't close friends so I'll charge them) Anyways how much should I charge to jailbreak for example an iPhone. The reason why most of them ask me is because they don't know how to do it themselves (even though it's easy). What do you think? Also to be clear, I'm talking about IRL and NOT charging people over the internet or TTG. Only the people at my school.
Oh my god dude, soo many of my friends and my friend's friends and my friends's friend's boyfriends little brother want me to lol literally my people from school a town away ( thatt are friends with my friends ) want me to jb there phones lol I charge 10$ lol

It's unethical. Charging people so you can plug in a phone and tap a button?
Might as well sell their phones and pocket the cash if you want to scam them.

If they are stupid enough to not learn themselves then why shouldn't he?
If your car needs an oil change some people actually pay someone to do it. It's not unethical it's easy business.

I've done it for all my friends for free, i never even knew it was something worth charging money for. It takes 10-20 minutes and should be out your own good will. Anyway....

Pretty sure an oil change is a lot more difficult than one click.

You fail to realize the point I am trying to make.. In a nutshell "stupidity doesn't pay" at least for the consumer anyway. And it isn't one click, its the knowledge on it and a few clicks
