What's the rest of your rig look like?

I personally would get the Phanteks TC14PE cooler. Reason being is that give or take a few degrees, they will cool roughly the same but the Phanteks cooler looks so much better.

You have a B85 board and a K processor.
That right there is your problem. Worry about a new mobo before cooler so you have the ability to overclock.

I second the above.

You need to invest some cash on an overclockable motherboard before you start putting fancy coolers in your rig, and overclocking.

And, RAM is RAM. You cant really go wrong with it apart from if it looks horrible. Yes Corsair, im looking at you.

You're going to need a new motherboard to overclock. Z87 or Z97 chipset is what you'll be needing. What PSU do you have? You might want to get a better quality PSU before overclocking, if your current PSU is poo. I'd personally be looking for a nice AIO liquid CPU cooler, such as an H100i or something along those lines.

What's your case and what brand/model is your RAM? The CPU cooler might be to big/tall for your case and the RAM might be to tall for the cooler.
