I'm new to jtag and I have just updated my jtag to the correct dash but was told I need to have XRPC.exe file in plugin 5 but can't find it anywhere can I host with out it?

Depends on if the tool you are using uses XRPC.xex. If it doesnt then you dont need it

Download and UnZip [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and place all of the files on the root of your HDD and restart your console. Your plugins will be loaded after the reboot and almost every tool you use will work. You need to have the Xbox SDK (Neighborhood) installed on a computer to use the XRPC tools.

Depends on if the tool you are using uses XRPC.xex. If it doesnt then you dont need it
