Ummm perhaps your iPhone tried to update itself?
I would reccomend maybe deleting all tweaks>Re-Install them
Hope I helped

Your should still have your jailbreak unless you did the following
1. updated
2. restored
make sure your phone is not in Safe Mode
Check if you have Cydia on your springboard somewhere
Go into settings and see if the options for tweaks are avaiable,
Download IfunBox and see if you can mess with the internal files within your iphone, (you are unable to do this if you are not jailbroken)
If you find you are not jailbroken anymore, go to the settings app
Go to "General"
Go to About
scroll till you see your version number
If it is ios 7.1.2 or below your in luck, you can still re jailbreak your device
If it is on ios 8 im sorry you are going to have to wait till the community comes out with a fix
