From what i know, bypasses like demon do that but most XBL services have a free one on them and usaully i would make sure to ask my KV Seller if the KV is banned off the game.

The only Ghosts ban bypass I've heard of comes with XBLSE, however it don't come with the free version of XBLSE at the moment, you'll only get the bypass if you buy XBLSE.

Its intergrated you don't need to download anything it updates the EXE and i know because i was talking to some i know, and i got a XNOTIFY saying reboot your console a new update is available and that was the free ghosts bypass lol.
