I want to upload some game clips from my Xbox One to youtube but I don't know how to use it.

Uploading videos to YouTube from your Xbox One is kind of a pain since you can't do it straight through the YouTube app.
What you will have to do is upload the clip to your One Drive on your Xbox One. After you do that you will have to access a computer and sign in on your One Drive account, download the video to your computer, then upload it to YouTube.
