What is the best way to obtain Spirit Bloom. I will +Rep for the best answer.

Go to Venus and open chest and search for them randomly floating.

Go to Venus patrol and use your choice of transportation to get to the spawn area for the nexus strike. the place is like a big circle. all around the walls of that circles there are little rooms which spawns chests in them. run around and loot the chests and also spirit booms spawns randomly in the location so keep an eye out for them and make sure to loot them.

This is the best method I found. I got about 80 in an hour my first run

Yes! this is the method I was going to suggest.
I got around 100 or so in an hour and half doing it today.

This method works or you can go left from spawn where the Fallen Major is standing on the platform and search all the caves there. There are about 7 caves in total on the left and many spots where they can spawn floating. I prefer going left over right because sometimes there is an idiot still farming engrams on the right side and it interferes with my farming but both are great choices.

Best way I get my materials is just by free roaming. Circle the map and the materials on each certain planet and the chests well all reset when you leave circle the map

Yeah all I do is run circles around the Ishtar Commons. Open chests, get the spirit blooms and kill enemies.
