I basically want a Mid-tower case with a window no need for leds or anything

Then yeah, the 200R I suggested includes a window and it would be a better option. Alexyy's case would be a better choice for your build, since your motherboard is mATX, unless you're planning on changing your motherboard in the future. It doesn't have a window, though.

and yours only supports micro mobo...

You mean Mini-ITX and yes, they're smaller than Micro-ATX(Known as mATX and uATX) motherboards. You can fit a mATX motherboard in a ATX case, but it will look odd.

But is my Motherboard definatly a micro atx ? as my friends is a micro atx and mine is much bigger?

Yes.
microATX (sometimes referred to as ATX, mATX or uATX ) is a standard for motherboards that was introduced in December 1997. The maximum size of a microATX motherboard is 9.6 9.6 in (244 244 mm), but some microATX boards can be as small as 6.75 6.75 in (171.45 171.45 mm).
