No one will give you coins for free mate , because they may not even believe you are new to fut you may just want free coins , best thing you can do it play season you can easily get promoted and earn 10-20k in no time

Play seasons to earn coins, once you get a little bit of coins try to work the transfer market by buying players and selling them for more. Look at bids on players and always search to find a player cheaper than the bids to almost gaurentee that you will receive more coins than what purchased for. I doubt that someone would give you free coins, however good luck.
