I have black and white RTE tool and im having trouble getting it to connect.
i have all of the plugins set up, but when i press connect on the tool an error pops up.
also do i need a modded default_mp.xex to even launch the tool?
please help

Open up neighborhood and right click on your console and click "set as default console" even if you set it as the default console when you added the consoles IP that fixed it for me. As for Black and White, you don't any modded files in your Bo2 directory to launch the game as you should launch the normal default_mp.xex from neighborhood.. Keep in mind you need JRPC.xex as a plugin for this tool in particular
