I have always played on 1024x768 stretched without problems but ever since i changed my config i can only play on 1024x768 black bars, its not a problem with my gpu or with amd control panel ive tried most obvious solutions but they have not worked. Please gicve feedback asap, thank you any help is appreciated

Can you change your config back to how it was? Default?
Try switching resolutions.
Try adjusting scaling in your given monitor/gpu program. I'm not sure if you've done that, but that's all I can think of.
