I would like to know if any of you guys have any trading tips as I am trading with squad fitness at the minute but only making a hundred or so coins each time

There really isn't any 'trading method' that would be suitable for everyone
If you don't have many coins, you'll simply either have to do that, or just play matches.
It's when you have lot's of coins at your disposal when you can do it and make lot's of coins, i.e I have 800k at the moment and make about 50k per trade with a legend.
If you have under 100k I'd recommend just playing games to rake in the coins, then consider trading.
