I got mine at 360+ hours played and 165 wins if that helps.

It's usually above 150+ competitive wins..

but that isn't a guarantee, it all depends on the history of your account, how long you have played the game for, how many reports have been made against your account etc..

Alright thanks, I have around 250 hours with 107 wins but im only Silver 3 and I play good everygame :\

its 150+ more wins and gold nova 1 or higher other then that no other way
