You didnt even earn it. As with most things in this game its based on getting lucky. Even if it was through an exotic bounty. Just getting the bounty means you got lucky.

Getting Strange coins is no problem if you stick to doing the weekly's and the daily's and the raid each week i spent all of mine last week and already have 28 coins saved up and yes in my opinion buying a gun takes away alot of the pride in having it and actually putting in the hours to get lucky enough to get something for some this may not be a factor but in MY opinion its the cowards way out. VERY Opinionated

I respect your opinion, but you, unlike the OP, seem willing to accept other peoples opinions and you aren't going out calling bungie stupid and acting butthurt because they are now selling an item you were happy to get.

Just as a little counter point to your opinion of how grinding hours to get the gun is more satisfying than taking the "cowards way out". Does that mean every time you or your parents go to the store you are taking the cowards way out by buying food instead of hunting it down and making it yourself?
Just a little food for thought.

I do agree it takes the satisfaction of earning it away, but I stated in another topic that if they were to make weapons that were guaranteed to never be sold by NPC's that would seem to be a fair balance to the Xur issue we are discussing.

Tbh destiny sucks - No story - Repetitive Missions - Laggy PVP - OP Shit everywhere - Too easy to max out - PS3 GODDAM EXCLUSIVES. Need I say more
