xbox 360 slim boot trouble

hi guys anyone got any ideas on why my xbox 360 slim keeps doing this? i have a video showing what it does every time i start it up.
i have tried
1. removing the wifi usb
2. removing the internal 4gb hdd from the main board
3. checking cables in the dvd drive (removing them and putting back in)
it has only been used a hand full of times but it has passed its warranty date so cant send it for repair.
any info will be a big help cheers
