First off the Icebreaker is only good in PvE NOT PvP Plus you want people with good weapons in PvE. stop crying because you got the Incebreaker before the Agent of the nine. i got mine the 2nd week of the game and thought the same thing your thinking when Xur was selling it but its only good for PvE which is good.
