I am looking to replace my keyboard as it is no longer functioning correctly.

I want to buy a mechanical keyboard but have no idea of which one I should buy. I am not fussed about the switches but would prefer either Cherry MX or Blue MX switches.

I would be using this keyboard mainly to game on.

I would also prefer for the keyboard to be fully backlit (any colour is fine but I'd prefer Blue or Green).

The last thing is the price. I don't want to spend over $100 on a keyboard so it needs to quiet price efficient.

Thanks for reading, have a good day!

Blue's are Cherry MX switches. It's not Cherry MX or Blue MX switches. The CM Quickfire TK would be a good choice for a mechanical keyboard, you can get blue, brown or red Cherry MX switches with that particular keyboard. The Blues come with blue backlighting and the red switch come with red backlighting. Reds are typically known to be better for gaming, and blues are louder than reds. I personally prefer blues since they're better for typing than reds, and work well for gaming.

both very nice keyboards. but it all goes to preference, if your mic picks up a lot of noise, or your friends get annoyed easily, then the blue keys probally isnt for you. i ordered the blue and it was to loud for me, so i sent it back and ordered the cheery mx red and have had no issues. love the keyboard, its great for the price.
