1. Get one of your cars impounded by the cops
2. Go to your garage and invite a friend
3. Both of you get in a random car in the garage
4. once you are on the "are you sure you want to destroy the impounded vehicle" screen press X/A
5. as you press X/A have your friend spam triangle/Y
He should spawn out of the garage invisible
Just ask a friend to help you if you want to do it.
