I am working at this aweful job and I can't quit so what is the best way to get fired but nothing to bad

It would depend on the job.

Why not just tell them you got a better offer and are taking that job?

I work making windows it's terrible and not that's not an option I have to be fired I can leave I have to do something to get fired

You can take my route and tell the boss to kill himself. Or just tell customers to go to other companies which treat their workers and customers better.
