Every call of duty company has access to any materials they want to use as its one whole brand.

They are all under activision but doesn't mean that infinity ward can rip off tony hawk.

no they don't the all have rules within their own contracts that is y treyarch was sued for making black ops2 treyarch owns the timeframe of ww1 to the cold war. they also own zombies while infinity award owns extinction and all modern to near future timeframes.
