You may hate your Job, but honestly, who actually likes working? nobody, but we all have to.

Look for a new one, then leave.

Getting Fired, will greatly decrease your chances of being hired again.

There is no job where you cannot get fired. If you do not want to work, say you quit. This isn't a labor camp, you aren't forced to work. Just because you dont want to quit doesn't mean you can't.
