Well let's get started by saying, I will never know how to control a flashed Xbox 360. Now for the real story. I always wanted a flashed Xbox, so I could play modded Grand theft auto or have the advantage to burn my own modded game discs. So I went on the hunt for someone willing to sell me a latest updated flashed Xbox. I soon came across a seller on E-bay, (Bad Choice) but he had a 115 star rating. He was selling his slim flashed LT 3.0 firmware Xbox for 90$. I ordered one and it was shipped to me 6 days later. For the first 7 weeks I was having the time of my life on it. Then all of a sudden it started to go bonkers. Whenever I turned on the Xbox, it would turn off 5 minutes later. Now let me tell you, I've been using a normal Xbox for a long time now, and nothing has gone wrong. The plugs and power supply from my normal Xbox are hooked up to my flashed Xbox. If that had something to do with it, I wouldn't understand it, since I used it for the first 7 weeks. I've tried everything I could do, Unplugging it, using a different outlet, letting it sit for a day or two. But nothing would work. Every time I turn it on, it would shut off immediately after. I've tried many different ways of turning it on and off. But it all adds up to the same thing. Recently it now has the ability to turn itself on and off. I wanted to see if anyone in this community has had this problem or could help me with this problem. I'd love some help. Thanks.

Yes its the flex cable that connects the touch sensertive faceplate that is faulty.
You can either buy a new flex cable or just disconnect the broken 1 and use your controller to turn on the xbox and eject the tray
