Alright, so i've had this problem for awhile now and can't find a fix.. Whenever I try to play online on a DayZ/Arma 2 Server it gets this terrible frame lag/stutter whenever I turn in a direction or walk forward/backward. My FPS will sometimes drop also from 50 down to 10-20 then go back up to 50, and the weird thing is even if I put my settings on Very Low I get the same stutter. This only happens online, in single player I get around 120-140 FPS with no lag at all.

If anyone has any idea on what it could be, it'd be appreciated. +50 REP if you guys can find a fix for me!

Shortcut - right click shortcut, properties, in the target line put a space at the end and paste them there.

Steam - Right click Arma2OA in your library, click properties, then launch option, paste codes there.


LAUNCH CODES : -nosplash -high -noPause -world=empty -exThreads=1

What they do :
-nosplash takes the logo screen off of the launch making you launch faster.

-high sets the priority on you processor to high.

-noPause makes it so you game dosnt freeze on tabbing out or clicking elsewhere off screen.

-world=empty sets the mainmenu world to a blank ocean which makes launch also load faster

-exThreads=3 allows the game to use 4 cpu cores instead of only 1 ( if you dont have a quad-core use -exThreads=1 to enable dual-core )

Also if you had actually read what I said, I was asking if he was going to give it to me like he stated in his post since I helped him. It's not like I said "Ohh Give Me Rep" he said he would do it if somebody helped him out. It's just rep, I don't care either way.[/font]
