I can pre order it on the xbox one dashboard but not the 360 dashboard, it only comes up with season pass on the 360. Does anyone know when it will be available to pre order off the 360 store?

you can not pre-order on the 360 dashboard.

What I just did is got it off the Xbox one home and then when it gets released im going to download it ony 360 Hopefully it works

It only works from 360 to One, not One to 360 sorry pal.
