Yew guys i was searching around on one of my missions an i came across this.

in yellow it says ' Art thou badass enough?' so i take it you've got to be a certain badass rank.

can any1 elaborate on this for me?

EDIT:turns out you have got to have a badass rank of 2500 an you can only pick it up once per character(also goes to wat ever lvl u r(
