If you can spend an extra $50, get a GTX 970 instead of the R9 290.

Just one question, what kind of FPS at 1080p can expect to run DayZ or BF4 on this pc?

According to Toms Hardware you would be looking at around 60FPS and a little bit more if you overclocked the Pentium.
