i want to build a gaming pc for around $500 maybe less i just want one thats good with minecraft and that i can edit videos with for youtube

also would it be better to build one buy one pre built or find a laptop?

Add another 4GB RAM asap, then add an SSD. You'll want to upgrade PSU and motherboard as well soon.
