Anyone no if the ice breakers been nerfed or could be because I'm using a lower character making the gun weaker

The ice breaker has not been nerfed. Still doing the same damage for me

With my lvl 29 warlock it was a one shot but with my lvl 23 hunter it takes about 4 :s

Attribute differences on your armour will be causing that, check your strength buff on your warlock in comparison to your hunter

I didn't think the strength went towards your weapons cuz its says on te strength description for hunter strength reduces the cool down time for blink strike and warlock says its to cool down time of scorch, I dno hunters only good with the golden gun and blades think I should leave the guns to my warlock lol

What it is is that if your a lower level then what your trying to kill your dammage is reduced by a certain percent per level that's why your higher account hits more
