You can't really trust anybody anymore.

Unshare dkvs.com
Unshare dkeyv aults.com
I've noticed that they all run out of KVs simultaneously and are completely different sites.

Not fully true @chugs since the latest dash update people using Kv's on xblse only get 3 days (on average) but I've heard people using xblroger users get up to 2 weeks on a kv.

That depends on what the person is doing. The new checks ms has implemented has drastically reduced the online time from the last dash. Last dash, using offline files I was on for 6-7 weeks without being an idiot. This dash, 4 hours. Just playing mw2 without any modifications. Kv life depends on what you do and how you do it. Services aren't any better as they are using the same xosc spoofing they were. Oh, and newsflash. They updated the xosc so that's why you are getting banned so fast.

And your KVs don't last that long, because you are modding online. There is no secret to it. It has nothing to do with your server that you use. Typically people who complain about their RGH getting banned in 2-3 days are the people that host everyday and spam websites with their name. I was able to get 2 weeks on a KV with no problem. If you don't want a console ban do the following things:
Don't host online.
Don't host CoD
Don't host GTA V
If you do host, do it in a private match. Keep it quite.

Most people seem to forget that a shared KVs used to last 4 hours and UNshared would be 10 hours. If they were able to get shit done in that short amount of time there is no reason you shouldn't. It's not like hosting is profitable. 2-3 days is more then enough to play on. It isn't supposed to be an all day everyday thing.

It could be your KVs or it could be you. Have you ever changed your IP when you go on? If not, its flagged and any suspicious activity, and they will ban your console. So change your IP and console Mac address the next time you are about to go on.
