no Xbox 360 is still fun and alot of people still have Xbox 360 don't waste your money on a Xbox one.

I don't like hands free stuff

Besides the kinect still stays one even if you turn the Xbox off

Only get it if you have a lot of friends on it because you don't want to be bored playing by yourself

I second this. The console that's "worth it" is the one you'll have the most fun on. Which is usually the one your friends are playing.

I think it is, because all the new games that are being released and all the new features that are released every day.

If you are referring to it "Spying on you" then your dumb cause you dont have to have the Kinect plugged in all the time. I would say yes, but thats just my opinion.
