to be honest dude one bit of plexi glass would do you fine then just cut it in half draw on the desing/windo you are doing and measure one sides window with a ruler then just double its length and add an extra inch or so its all up to you if your wanting to buy leds for your console internal theyre called smart led strorm v2 and arent really that expensive

Yeah i have seen the led storm that i will be installing as well

Also would 1 A4 sheet of plexiglass be enough for the design im wanting to do

I cant really measure at the moment as its 1:14 am where i am but from the picture in my mind it doesn't seem bigger than A4

Thanks for the help its much appreciated

I don't like the thick plex. I use very thin plex, that is durable and bendable. I get mine from a plastic store in an industrial area in my town

Best way to do this is to use 0.93 think ole I glass can buy it at home depote and to lay it out make a template out of a piece of paper and trace the image on to the case. Before cutting I would put tape on it the lay your drawing on it trace it then use a skill saw to cut it out. It will not melt the plastic like a dreamal does and very nice clean cuts. I can send you pics if needed
