You need four elemental weapons.

Cryo
Fire
Corrosive
Shock

After affecting the Opha with one of these weapons, melee it twice. It'll drop the babies. Just repeat them with the other weapons.

Thank you i figured that out shortly after i posted because i irratated claptrap then he told me the instuctions again

Oh, and that was my last side mission in the game, i now have completed all missions.
