So i got to home and turned my computer on and my mouse wasnt moving but it was clicking on things randomly like changing the date to september 13 2015 i wasnt even touching the mouse

Ah, you downloaded a RAT. Congrats.

Download [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and then disconnect from the internet. Use that to run a full scan, malwarebytes is excellent for finding RATs.
Once that is done, delete anything it finds potentially harmful. Uninstall it, and have fun changing your passwords on literally everything.

Norton wont block a RAT. Norton is literally known as the "antivirus virus". Do as imgur has told you and be a little bit more safe on the internet next time.

There's your problem. Get Avast or AVG once you clean your computer up, if you absolutely need an AV.

A RAT is something a hacker uses to remote control your PC and open files and get information and credit cards and things like that. I have the best antivirus it's called don't go on sketchy websites.
