Its not like that gold spoofing is illegal too?

You are not on Microsoft servers so technically they cant charge you for something that your not using

Sure, you are on xbl servers... Stealth services are only spoofing responses for your xbox, gold spoof and such other things are local on your xbox.

all gold spoof does is set your account privilages to one instead of zero example:
                Jtag.SetMemory(0x816DCCD0, new byte[] { 0x39, 0x60, 0x00, 0x01 });
                Jtag.SetMemory(0x816DCD44, new byte[] { 0x39, 0x60, 0x00, 0x01 });
                Jtag.SetMemory(0x816DCD3C, new byte[] { 0x39, 0x60, 0x00, 0x01 });
                Jtag.SetMemory(0x816DCD30, new byte[] { 0x39, 0x60, 0x00, 0x01 });



but msp spoof is illegal because it is probably considered marketplace theft so idk
