This just happened 15 mins ago is this fixable?
If so, how? Thx.

You can buy new ones on ebay for around $5.

Its kind of hard to tell without a picture but im sure you could buy a new one from gamestop or order one online for like $5-10.

Yes you should be able to fix it
If there is enough wire left on both pieces just try stripping them and soldering them back together
If you don't have soldering equipment then you could try stripping the wire back on both parts and twisting the exposed wires back together then tape it back up with electrical tape, But this could still break again and is not a permanent fix
